Want to Learn More about Cherokee County...

Join Live Healthy Cherokee, the SC Department of Public Health, and KNOW(2) on June 10th at the Institute of Innovation in Gaffney to learn about our county's current data. Things like average lifespan by Zip Code, prevalence of chronic health conditions, most common causes of death, and how social factors like employment affect health. All data is current and specific to Cherokee County.

The Data Walk will engage you in the information with experts from the SC Department of Public Health on hand to provide insight, facilitate discussion, and answer questions. Community feedback is a critical need for Live Healthy Cherokee as we begin to develop plans to improve health eating and active living opportunities for all in the community.
